The Challenge
La Bota Roja needed to keep their detailed product catalog in NetSuite up to date, but the process relied on manually filling out CSVs, a time-consuming task that often led to errors and delayed inventory updates. This slowed down operations and impacted productivity.
The Approach
Trajectory implemented a Machine Learning solution that automated product setup by analyzing images. The system identified product attributes, generated codes and barcodes, and created Purchase Orders, all integrated directly with NetSuite through Initus. It also updated existing products when needed, ensuring smooth data flow.
The Results
Automation transformed how La Bota Roja managed products. Manual work was dramatically reduced, inventory accuracy improved, and new items were loaded much faster. The team could now operate more efficiently and focus on scaling the business instead of handling repetitive tasks.
