Contacting NetSuite Support is one way to resolve problems or get answers to day-to-day questions. However, it’s not the only way to get help when you find yourself stuck with NetSuite CRM or ERP system issues. There are a number of resources out there to learn, in detail, how a feature works and get new ideas on how to better leverage NetSuite. Here are 7 ways you can get additional NetSuite support help:

1. The NetSuite User Community
Are you looking for a place where you can find out how other users are tackling some of the same issues as you? Are you searching for experiences from other companies in the same industry and tips on customization? The NetSuite User Community is a great place to ask questions and get answers from certified NetSuite support consultants, partners, and other experts.
2. Social Media
Don’t forget to look to Twitter, blogs and the LinkedIn NetSuite User Group, where you will find opinion pieces, local events, solution partners and official news releases. NetSuite also has a page on their website, NetSuite in the News, where you will find recent articles that can be helpful.
3. SuiteWorld
NetSuite’s SuiteWorld annual West Coast conference gets you access to see educational presentations, training programs and previews of upcoming new features. It’s also a way to get direct access to support, as well as many software providers and channel partners. The location changes year-to-year so be sure to visit their website for the latest news. Don’t forget to find Trajectory while you’re there.
4. NetSuite Partner Network
If you’re trying to find highly skilled and seasoned professionals, the NetSuite Partner Network is the best place to start. These solution providers can help you identify ways to better utilize NetSuite and help to actually implement changes. Make sure to look for certified consultants, as well as proof of previous customer success. Customer references are another important indicator of a good partner.
5. NetSuite Support Help Center
That little Help button at the top of each NetSuite user page might not immediately grab your attention, but it can be incredibly useful. When you click it, a pop-up window automatically opens with information relevant to the page you are on. There is also a table of contents which has information on all of the other product areas. Under Additional Resources, you’ll find User Guides which contain a wide array of PDFs on how to use NetSuite. You will also find information on upcoming changes to future releases.
6. SuiteAnswers
Geared more toward troubleshooting and answering specific how-to questions, SuiteAnswers is one of the best day-to-day self-serve resources. Simply type in a search term and get a list of helpful articles. SuiteAnswers contains Support Articles on how to resolve common problems, enable new features and it answers questions on how things work. The entire contents of the Support Help Center can also be found within SuiteAnswers but, unlike the help center, it doesn’t have a table of contents to show you all of the different articles it contains. SuiteAnswers is more useful if you know exactly what you’re looking for, whereas the Support Help Center can bring to light things that you didn’t know.
