We have built up a broad set of tools and approaches that we employ in capturing our requirements and design solutions. We select the tools and approach we believe are best suited for each unique client. First, we create customized surveys to gather input from larger groups and to build consensus quickly. Then we employ a proven ‘tell me, show me’ approach to in person interviews with subject matter expert groups and individuals. Finally, we build user personas and hands on process reviews to gain a deep understanding of how your users and processes interact.
