The Postmedia Network Canada Corporation is a media company that works in newspaper publishing, news gathering and Internet operations. As one of Canada’s largest news organizations, Postmedia reaches millions of Canadians through its multiple publications and offers advertisers solutions to engage their target audiences.

The Challenges

Prior to working with Trajectory, Postmedia lacked a CRM solution that allowed them to keep track of customers, leads, vendors and other contacts across multiple publications located across Canada in one place. As a result, effective business intelligence reporting was cumbersome and time consuming to generate.

The Solution

  • Trajectory implemented the NetSuite CRM Suite and integrated it with Postmedia’s production systems.
