The Challenges

Prior to working with Trajectory, Intermarkets was manually maintaining multiple systems including their CRM, an ad server, and an accounting system.

The Solution

  • Trajectory helped Intermarkets implement Salesforce CRM and NetSuite ERP.
  • Trajectory also used components of Dell Boomi to integrate their systems with an insertion order (IO) builder tool that collects data directly from an advertising server stack. The data includes real-time information regarding groupings of opportunities and channel buys.

The Results

  • Intermarkets was able to streamline the sales process and reduce redundancies between their CRM and their ad server.

  • Intermarkets was able to significantly reduce their order-to-cash process, achieve shorter turnaround cycles, and perform accurate and automated billing due to the implementation of the billing reconciliation and a streamlined invoice preparation process offered by NetSuite.
